Ondara, is placed in the region of the Marina Alta, to the north of the province of Alicante, to a distance of 91 km from Alicante and 91 km from València. In addition it is in 4 km from the coast. Its municipal area has an extension of 10,4 km2 and is to a height of 35 meters to bundle of the level of the sea.

In the western part it borders on Beniarbeig, in the northern part in The Verger, in the southern part in Pedreguer, to the est in Dénia and a small band of its term it borders to the noroest in Benimeli.

Its territory is practically flat, with the exception of the sector northwest of the term that is occupied by Segària's Saw. Ondara enjoys a typically Mediterranean climate, with soft winters and warm summers, the medium annual temperature of 18 º.
