The works of these two blocks will cost 340,000 euro finally, instead of 557,000 euros for which they were tendered

The Governing Council of the municipal Promocions i Iniciatives Municipals d'Ondara, SLU (PIMON) has assigned the execution of the works of urbanization Joan Gil Street in the Barrio del Cristo, and PAI II Furs i Germanies, in the area between the Social Center and Municipal Auditorium. There has been a substantial reduction in price performance of both works, as it has grown from 557,077 euro budget to tender 339,171 euros, which is the price for which they have finally been awarded two planning actions. Remember that the urbanization of Joan Gil and Furs i Germanies II is being maintained by PIMOne.

The works already have the approval of the owners. Mayor Ondara, Ximo Ferrando, has announced that "the City Council will soon start both interventions, and emphasized on these awards," the site management and supervision will be provided by a public company, the City Hall itself.

Regarding urbanization Joan Gil Street, the housing project was tendered with a budget of EUR 280,451.92, but ultimately was awarded by 207,879.33 euros.

Meanwhile, in the case of PAI Furs i Germanies is a project that went out to tender by 276,626.64 euros, but finally has been given by 191,292.20 euros. The development project will allow connection of the current crossing the street with the streets Sant Jaume Salvador Cabrera Mayor King James I. The urban intervention will be conducted through a company that, at present, is dedicated to the sale of construction materials, and allow, once the works are implemented, it will require a new road connecting the road to Sant Jaume Current Social Center.
