Sunday was the culmination of the "Donate Setmana of 2010," organized by the Department of Social Welfare and Equal Ondara City Council, which runs Pilar Fornes, to commemorate the anniversary of Women's Day.

A week which culminated yesterday in the ninth edition of "Meeting of Bolillos Ondara Villa", which gathered in the morning in the Plaza Mayor and 250 women from across the Valencian Community. They all enjoyed a morning sharing their experience in the art of making lace. Besides the tables and chairs set up under tents set up by the City of Ondara, also settled various positions for the sale of material to make rolls. To conclude the day, the participants enjoyed a fellowship meal consisting of meat in the oven. The women who participated in this meeting came from all points of the Comunitat Valenciana, and associations attended Sanet, Beniarbeig, Calpe, Teulada, Poble Nou de Benitatxell, Ondara, Gandia, San Antonio de Benagéber, Massamagrell, Picassent, Alicante, Alcàsser, Cullera, Gata, Carlet, Alfafar or Altea la Vella, among others. Also during this weekend we have also seen in the House of Culture of the Ninth Exhibition Ondara Lace.
