This weekend takes up the proceedings in the cycle "Gaudim of Music at the Casa de Cultura", a course organized by the Culture Department of the City of Ondara, dedicated to empowering young musicians. This time, you can enjoy a concert of piano and clarinet by Albert Cabrera Ferreres (clarinet and bass) and Miriam Sestayo Fenella (piano and composition). The appointment will be this Saturday 20 February at 20:30 hours in the House of Culture.

The duo Albert and Miriam Cabrera Ferreres Sestayo Fenella came in 2007 with the aim of investigating especially in the repertoire of French composers of the early twentieth century and influenced musicians, creating a stable working group. These two versatile young performers playing instruments of strings, brass and keyboard, besides interpreting his own compositions.

The code that read in the House of Culture Ondara pieces include Gabriel's Lament and tarantella Grovlez, Sonata 3rd Miriam moviment Sestayo, Homage to Debussy by Béla Kovács, Andante and scherzo of Paul Pierné, Toccata and Fugue in SIBMAS JS. Rhapsody Miluccio Bach, among others.

Regarding the musical education of these young musicians, Albert Cabrera Ferreres end the average degree of clarinet at the Conservatory Professional Tenor Cortis Dénia. Gets the title of Senior Lecturer at the Conservatorio Superior de Castellón Salvador Segui. He has had master classes with Hans deiz clarinet and Wolfgang Meyer. Parallel studies performed in the specialty of bass and is currently earning the top grade last year at the conservatory Salvador Seguí de Castellón. He has performed at the Golden Hall of the Musikverein in Vienna with the youth orchestra of Castellon. In 2006 he participated in the Salzburg Festival and has had master classes with Slawomir Grenda bass, Bernard Salles, Jean Anne.

Sestayo Miriam won the 1998 3rd prize of the 1st notice of competition Joves Músics Vall d'Uixó in the form of piano. In 2005 and 2006 ended the average degree specializing in piano at the Conservatorio Profesional de Mestre Tàrrega music. 3rd Year Course This higher level of composition at the Conservatorio Superior de Castellon.
